Verification - Honor system, no observers. Header must clear rod tip or mate must grab leader for the official catch.
Circle Hooks only.
Conventional reels only.
Hook and Hand allowed.
Sailfish 100 points per release.
Blue and White Marlin 101 points per release.
Ties will be broken on time.
No max on number of lines or teasers in water.

Fishing Boundaries- Boundries are 50NM from the Pelican Yacht club docks
Eligible Species: Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, Cobia, King, Mutton or Vermillion Snapper.
Eligible size- 10lb minimum, 33″ to the fork on Cobia.
Live bait and J Hooks allowed for meat fish. Any sails caught with J Hook are disqualified.
Top Prize Aggregate Format- 1st, 2nd and 3rd place 50-30-20 split.
The objective is to weigh all species. One fish per species may be weighed only.
Ties will be broken by total weight. One point per pound for all species
Example: Boat A weighs 3 species for a total of 90 Ibs and Boat B weighs four species for a total of 50 lbs Boat B would win.
