Capt. Bobby Krivohlavek and Day Maker have won the top prize in the 2024 SCBMI - first place in the Duffie Boatworks Blue Marlin Jackpot! Their 533.6-lb blue marlin caught by angler Joe Gorin held the lead to the very end, earning them over a quarter million dollars in prize money. The Spray Rig's blue marlin measured in at 112 inches, just short of the 113-inch length requirement. As a result, the fish does not qualify for the 2024 SCBMI. That said, we'd still like to congratulate the captain and crew on their catch and wish them luck on their Day 3 of the tournament.

Capt. Bobby Krivohlavek and DayMaker just weighed a blue marlin that tipped the scales at 533.6 pounds! They're the new leaders of the Duffie Boatworks Blue Marlin Jacket in the 2024 SCBMI. At a 70/30 split between first and second, they stand to take home $252,560. The new benchmark fork length for the tournament is now 113 inches.
