2024
Well the 2024 MRMTC has come to a close. Despite tough fishing and weather we still saw some impressive fish hit the scales, including Chip Caruso’s 224 pounder, just 2 pounds shy of the all time Bluefin Open record! We would like to thank all of our entrants who support the Manasquan River Marlin & Tuna Clubs effort to promote Sportfishing in New Jersey. As always we will be hard at work to continue improving the Bluefin Open for
2025. Good luck with the rest of the season and we will see you in August at the MRMTC Offshore Open!

Day 4
Great effort by Marshall Allegra and the crew of INTERNAL FIXATION with a 107.9lb Bluefin Tuna with only 5 mins to spare. Not enough to move the leaderboard but added to the excitement at the end of the day.
One more fishing day left and room still left on the leaderboard.

Day 1
Day 1 is officially in the books. Fishing was tough but we had a few teams fish just hard enough to get some Bluefin on the board. Congrats to the crew of the 32Ft Cape Horn "IN DEEP" with a respectable 132.8LB Bluefin Tuna to top today's leaderboard and take home the daily jackpot. Bluefin Open regular Tom Orgo aboard the MISS MIKAYLA ANN TWO weighed in a 112.6LB Bluefin for second place, and 3rd place being rounded out with a 91.6LB Bluefin caught on the 42 Invincible "TIMEPIECE".
