Tonight's menu includes:
Baby kale/baby arugula Salad w/ shaved red onion /carrot /tomato/goat cheese /red grapes
Pecan crusted grouper w/ crystal house sauce bur blanc & blistered green beans
Smoked bone-in pork chop /pear butter /herb roasted finagling potatoes/apple cider glaze
And a dessert bar.

Due to weather forecast and crews schedule, the El Pescado Tournament awards dinner party has been moved to Thursday night (tomorrow) at 7pm. Bar opens at 6pm. All Captains and crew are invited to attend.
